About the Band

Inferno is an avant-garde black metal band from Karviná, Czechia, formed in 1995. Initially rooted in pagan themes, the band has evolved to explore metaphysical, gnostic, and philosophical concepts in their music. Their sound is characterized by complex compositions, atmospheric layers, and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of black metal. With a discography that includes acclaimed albums like Gnosis Kardias (Of Transcension and Involution) and Paradeigma (Phosphenes of Aphotic Eternity), Inferno continues to be a significant force in the underground metal scene.
